Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026 This policy applies to appointments and treatment packages purchased from PhysioEgypt. 1.⁠ ⁠Booking and Payment Appointments are confirmed once the booking process and any required payment are completed. Patients should verify the selected service, clinic location, date, and time before completing payment. 2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Rescheduling •⁠ ⁠Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled without charge or refunded. •⁠ ⁠Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. •⁠ ⁠Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the session may be treated as used. 3.⁠ ⁠Cancellations by PhysioEgypt If PhysioEgypt cancels an appointment, the patient may choose between: •⁠ ⁠Rescheduling the appointment without additional charges; or •⁠ ⁠Receiving a full refund for the cancelled session. 4.⁠ ⁠Treatment Packages •⁠ ⁠A package that has not been used may be cancelled and refunded, subject to applicable law. •⁠ ⁠If a package has already started, completed sessions may be recalculated at the standard individual-session price. The remaining eligible balance will then be refunded. •⁠ ⁠Any package validity period and special conditions will be displayed before purchase. •⁠ ⁠Used or expired sessions are not normally refundable unless required by law. 5. ⁠Completed Services Once an appointment has been attended and the clinical service has been provided, its payment is generally non-refundable. This does not affect the patient’s rights if the service was not delivered as agreed or if a refund is required under Egyptian law. 6.⁠ ⁠Refund Method and Processing Time Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever possible. PhysioEgypt will initiate an approved refund within seven calendar days. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
